Payment terms: If you purchase goods or services and request to be invoiced for those goods or services, you are committing to the purchase at the advertised or agreed price. Unless specifically negotiated in writing, invoices have a payment period of 14 days from issue date.
Delivery policy: After purchasing a ticket for attendance at training, you will receive confirmation via email containing your order details. We normally confirm receipt of your order the same day as ordering. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us via email.
Refunds and returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with services received, please email us within 14 days of receiving the service so that we can resolve any problems.
Cancellation of training booking: If you cancel your booking 31 or more days prior to a training event, then you will receive an 85% refund of fees paid (15% will be retained for processing costs). If you cancel less than 31 days prior to the event, then there is no refund of fees available. However, you can transfer your booking to a later event or transfer your booking to another person to attend a later event (if that later event is within one year of the original event) at no cost. Please email your request to cancel or transfer your booking.
Cancellation of training event: We reserve the right to cancel a training event if there are insufficient enrollments or other issues mean that it is not feasible for the event to proceed. You will receive an email notification of cancellation of an event at least 30 days prior to the event and a 100% refund (minus 1.75% + 30c Stripe transaction fee) will be paid.
